It is a pleasure to have artist Gareth Stehr back at Grey. Gareth’s first show at Grey was only online due to lockdown October 2021. Looking forward to having the works on our walls for all to pop in and see.
Gareth is a multi faceted artist and here at Grey one facet is shown in his painterly expertise. The beauty of bold colours Gareth uses in his figurative works states strength of emotion and connection to theory of experiences. The abstract figure expressed explores the modern beauty in a digital world, as representation of form, sculpture and ideals of the figure. The exploration of the technique the artist uses is some what experimental as it evolves to the artists ideal of perfection and artists signature.
